Mark Schultz manages the accounting, finance and IT divisions supporting Jamboree’s growth objectives. His role involves ensuring that financial activities align with Jamboree’s business plans and strategic goals. 

With a 35 year history in the real estate industry focused on multifamily, affordable housing and senior living, Mark has demonstrated his capabilities in these areas through his recent tenure as CFO at Shopoff Realty Investments in Irvine, CA. There, he managed a portfolio worth $5 billion, showcasing his asset management, accounting and financial skills. 

Throughout his career, Mark has occupied strategic roles that have seen him working as a CFO, COO and consulting for multifamily housing companies. His experience at Sower Capital/ACCESS Commercial and Immanuel Retirement Communities involved significant work in financial restructuring and investment portfolio management which is pertinent to his current role at Jamboree. 

His time with Broe Real Estate Group and The Picerne Group attests to his extensive background in real estate finance which is further accentuated by his international financial investment/management experience in Japan with The Picerne Group. 

Outside of his corporate commitments, Mark contributes to community initiatives, notably in his role as the Finance Secretary for Mount Olives Church in Mission Viejo, CA. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Iowa, an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago, and a CPA. Mark’s combination of experience and education equips him to effectively drive Jamboree’s financial strategy and operations.
